
Mezzalunas
Made of stainless steel or carbon steel. Single-, double- or triple-edged. Designed for ease and speed in finely chopping. The triple-edged Mezzzaluna will chop more quickly and efficiently than the single- or double-edged. Used with a rocking motion. I also use my single-edged to aid in lifting dough and scraping up bits when I'm working with pastry.
