Paella Pan

Made of heavy-gauged mild steel Paella pan is is a large, shallow, flat pan and has two handles.
The pan is used to make Spanish paella, where various meats and seafood cook with rice.
The pan is so unusually heavy when the dish has finish cooking, that two handles are required to carry it!
