The first pasta machine was invented by an Italian man named Antonini, in Cleveland's Little Italy.
The original factory where they were produced was also in the old neighborhood, and still stood until recently.

Pasta machine is used for rolling and slicing of pasta, it's adjustable for various thickness and width. Home made lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini are most coomon types of pastas made with a pasta machine.
