Zabaglione Pan


A deep and tall copper panwith a round-edge bottom. Zabaglione is an Italian dessert, but the pan may also be used to make custards and egg-based sauces. The design allows egg yolks to be whisked to triple their size as they cook. A double boiler will work just as well for Zabaglione.
