Terrine
A terrine is usually an earthenware cooking dish with a tightly fitting lid. A loaf pan lined with plastic wrap or foil can also be used as a terrine by covering the food with the edges of the wrap and placing a foil wrapped brick on top.The food prepared in this manner is for example called a terrine of grilled vegetables.
