| Can you believe his "i don't mind working under a man but i won't work under a woman" attitude??!!! That was well out of order. It's quite wrong if he is working for Heather, just think, if you ever ate there he could have sweated in your dinner! |

Paula I have had to check myself to not tell you that Virginia lost. I think she is a very good chef but as a leader not so great. And the sweaty guy...OMG! I would have shot him. Men like that kill me....
And yes the sweating is a problem..there was another guy like that on another show...yuck! Thjis season's Top Chef has already started and is proving to be a good one! _________________ A closed mouth gathers no feet. |

I'll have to have a look out for it. I'm not sure what american programmes i can get on Sky, we have ABC1 but that only has about 4 different programmes on. I've brought myself a computer so will be back on line in a few weeks at home when its delivered - it's taking a while because i'm having it built to exactly what i want but i've been told it will be with me before Christmas. I'll have a look what programmes i can find online then. I'm not sure when the next series of Hell's Kitchen starts here but i'll have to keep my eyes open for it and set it up so that it either records the series for me or switches the channel so i don't miss it!
Hope theres no more sweaty people tho, gross! |

That's great Paula! I'm thinking of buying myself a Christmas present also...a dvd recorder. Top Chef is a cable show on Bravo. Not sure if you have it there or not. I can't wait for the next season of Hell's Kitchen myself. You know it's filmed in Los Angeles, about an hours drive from me. I'd love to be one of the guest diners there. _________________ A closed mouth gathers no feet. |

I think its important to buy yourself Christmas presents. DVD recorders are expensive so you definately deserve one!! I just wish my computer would hurry up - im so impatient!
i watched something on More 4 last night with Gordon Ramsey, not sure what it was called. Something disasters maybe? Cant remember now. Anyway, he went to Spain where this catering graduate had a restaurant (an English bloke). There was dog poo on the floor of the restaurant!!! He was serving chocolate prawns, burnt kebabs and stuff that you wouldn't feed your dog - if you had one. It looked terrible. He had borrowed £40,000 from his dad to get it started but was thousands in debt. Gordon Ramsey helped him, and he got his menu down from 70 odd different main courses to a regular menu. It actually turned into a pretty decent restaurant in the end. Kitchen Nightmares! thats what it was called! It was on quite late for me, 10-11 but was really good. |
