Literally translated it means "Let the good times roll". That is what Louisiana is doing despite the devestation of Hurricane Katrina. I'll be having my own small Mardi Gras party this year, a few good friends and some good southern food and drink. Some of the southern recipes I have posted here are well known during Mardi Gras, and I have added some new recipes. Check them out and throw your own Mardi Gras party!
