A different antipasto

Prosciutto and cantaloupe melon, is probably the most known antipasto in italian summer season, but what when cantalopue is not available? Easy, substitute it with pears.

Another good one in winter time:
California prunes with brie and pancetta.
Stuff pitted prunes with brie, wrap with a paper thin slice of pancetta and grill for 2 minutes.

This is very nice as well:
Arrange slices of apples over a 1/4 inch thick slice of fontina cheese
and arrange a slice of hard salami on top.
