A great homemade gift for the BBQ fanatic is a brine jar. I was thinking about those jars of cookie ingredients and instructions. I thought that would be a good idea for brining ingredients. Tuck this into a basket, or a galvenized bucket, add some tongs and an oven mitt and you have a great gift!
