i have electric too so mines an element. here your grilling would just be called bbq-ing. we dont have anything so you can grill on a stove top.
I brought some prawns today from a van on the market! sounds quite scary i know. He sold them in pints, which is really weird! it was 2 pint glasses full of prawns (with shells and heads) for £2.50. If im still here next weekend then i know they're ok! Hungry

Ok I'm going to check up on you daily! Bad shellfish develops an amonia ordor so thats one way to tell. If the vendor had them on ice then you should be ok...I hope.

Barbecuing is actually a long slow brocess of cooking over coals and wood chips. Grilling is actually what many people refer to as barbecuing. But it's a southern thing and I know my barbecue. Just ask Guido, he loves my barbecue smoked ribs... Smile

im probably gonna cook them tuesday or wednesday so ill let you know how i am Very Happy

(they're in the freezer so they'll be fine) they didnt smell when i got them so i think they're fine.
