It's the brand of starter yogurt!!!!!!!!! I tried the original one - Tesco Healthy Living Bio Yogurt. I had hardly any whey, loads more yogurt, it was a bit more tangy, and a little thinner than the Onken natural yogurt starter. Very weird how different brands can produce totally different yogurts.

we have muller, but i don't know if we have a natural yogurt made by them. I'll have a look next time im in Tesco
