I've never had pickled walnuts and Guido said to glaze the chestnuts! I don't imagine chestnuts would do well in pickling as they are a very soft meaty nut. _________________ A closed mouth gathers no feet. |

pickled walnuts are usually in the shops here around this time of year, although iv never had them myself. thanks for the tip - might have ended up with something not very nice at all then!!!  _________________ Rain rain go away, come again another day  |
