Happy New Year!

For me the new year is two hours away. It's always a time for me to reflect on the past year, the joys and sorrows and the little moments that mean so much. 2006 has been a pretty good year. Guido's brother married his love, Alessia, in a beautiful ceromony and I was so pleased to share that day with them. Afterwards Guido took me to Venice for a long weekend and that was an amazing, romantic and wonderous time. My dear friend Jim married his lady love Amelia, and sadly I was not able to attend that wedding but they know I was there in heart and spirit. Hmmm lots of weddings....I wonder who might be next?
Yummyfood has continued to grow albeit slowly and still lacking the member visits and input that we have hoped for.But one amazing member joined and for her we are thankful, now I need to clone her! Paula has submitted tons of recipes and been very active in forums. Ok this is a big hint to all you members, we need your 2 cents worth! And your recipes, and buy all your goodies through our Amazon store and yada yada yada.....
Have a wonderful new year and hopefully the hangovers will be small.
