Ok, this evening I got Trippa alla Romana.
It's a tripe stew with lot of beans, mint, and red chili pepper.
I got two dishes, don't know what gonna happen tonight, but it was darn good! 
Oh! by the way, i also got an 3/4 bottle of Frascati Superiore all for myself, so I better stop working on yummyfood before I make some damages ..........
