I'm with you on that Paula. My Dad had a crew cut all my lif e, but had thick wavy hair when he was younger and was quite the dandy dresser. All I remember is khaki pants and shirts and work boots!

I remember one year my dad grew a little pony tail at the back - bald all over, except the back and sides, with a pony tail! He has always been a jeans and teashirt / jumper man, but in the 70's there are pictures of him in flares!! That's really weird, especially because he has thick blonde hair there too!
