What's your favourite thing to do with Squash? And, which is your favourite squash??
My favourite is Butternet Squash, and I love it mashed with loads of butter! |

I love squash as well. I love to make zuccini bread (corguette to you) or butternut squash soup. Baked with brown sugar and butter is also delicious. _________________ A closed mouth gathers no feet. |

Tortelli di zucca (squash stuffed big tortellini) with butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Risotto with squash and thyme.
Both dishes originated in the city of Mantova (north Italy) _________________ In vino veritas! |
