Quiche

I can never get home made quiche to taste as good as shop brought quiche, what am I doing wrong? It always tastes heavier and eggier than store brought Sad

Beating the eggs really well is one trick. Substitute 2 egg whites for one egg in the recipe. Beat the whites until very stiff and then gently fold into the egg mixture.
