Always keep your crust lined pie pan very cold until time to bake your pie.
With a room temperature crust, the fat in the dough melts too fast and the crust isn't as flaky.
Pie's can be so easy and fun to make, so don't let the crust scare you. The frozen crusts are pretty good and make pies a snap to make. _________________ Life's short...eat dessert first. |

I like the ready rolled pastry that you open out of the packet and its a perfect circle to fit a 9 inch pan _________________ Rain rain go away, come again another day |
