Guido asked me a crazy question this morning about divding eggs in a recipe and made me remember some tricks I used when I camped a lot.

To easily take eggs on a short camping trip, break them into a bowl, add a bit of salt and beat well. Pour into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. This eliminates a lot of clean up at camp also, just pour the eggs into the fry pan or dish you are making. 1 cup of beaten eggs equals about 4 large eggs.

For an easy first night meal I would make Camping chicken bundlesat home to throw on the grill.
