A perfect fruit salad

When preparing a fruit salad, store all the fruits you will use in the fridge, except the bananas or they will get dark.
Always add Kiwi to your salad: other than being a nice color and flavor spot, the high amount of vitamic C contained in kiwifruits will prevent other fruits, like apples, pears, or peaches from oxidating, turning that unpleasant brownish color.
Assemble your fruit salad no more than a half hour before serving, or the fruits will loose their consistency and distinct flavors, becoming soft, watery, and slimy.
