During my daily surfing on the internet to see what's going on, I found the website of the US Apple Association.
I'm not crazy for apples, but the site is very interesting and it has a lot of resources about apples.
The Apple guide is really well done, and it can help you to choose the best apples for different dishes.

I did my degree in Psychology and of all the times we covered memory, they never mentioned that apples could help! I will have to start eating apples i think because my memory is terrible!
