I thought he was joking at first but then i had his manager on the phone who was in hysterics about it! my boss found it really funny too. iv told everyone at work and its going to be so funny next time he's in the office! Smile

The hotel had the credit card number on file, couldn't he have the bill charged to it ?

they didnt have authorisation to take the whole amount from the credit card and they are only allowed to do it if he went without paying at all - thats what my boss told me any way because i said the same thing.
