Here's a Fourth Of July menu thats sure to
please.Many of the foods can be made ahead of time. Guido and I wish you all a safe and happy 4th!

Appetizers
Buffalo wings http://www.yummyfood.net/recipes-id317.html
(Fry wings a day ahead of time.When ready to serve, dip in the sauce and
place on a baking sheet,bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until hot and crispy)

Spinach dip with bread sticks http://www.yummyfood.net/recipes-id153.html
(Prepare ahead of time. Fill bread bowl just before serving)

Beverages
Fill a big wash tub with ice. Place soda's,
beer and wine to chill so guests can help
themselves. Guido suggests a nice Chianti for
the wine.

Dinner

(make a day ahead)

(assemble bread ahead of time and heat till bubbly just before serving)

Dessert

vanilla ice cream balls
(Place cup cake liners on a baking sheet that
will fit in your freezer. Place a scoop of ice cream in each one and place back in the freezer. At dessert time, stick a sparkler in
each one.Light them at the table)
