Hallo everyone. While working on a project this morning with Guido, I was reminded of this wonderful fruit I tasted in Italy and had never seen anywhere else. The Sorrento lemon. Guido has a tree in his yard and they are wonderful! They have a flavor unlike any lemon I have ever tasted. They are also the key ingredient in Guido's wonderful Limoncello. If you ever run across them, I urge you to try them, Guido's Papa made wonderful Veal Milanese and served wedges of these lemons to squeeze over the tender slices......yummmmmmmmm!!!!!!
