Quick meals don't have to be plain meals. Many authentic
Italian sauces contain only a few key ingredients, but their
simplicity and freshness create amazing flavors. In the time
you can stop and buy greasy fried chicken, you can pick up
the fresh ingredients to make a wonderful Italian meal thats
also healthy. Many of the ingredients are already in your
kitchen. Grab salad ingredients and a loaf of crusty bread, a
nice bottle of wine and your family will think you slaved all day!
Good pasta is key, I like Barilla or DeCecco.
This is a simple sauce I make when I want a quick and
delicious meal: speedy pasta
