Hi Everyone, the shopaholic here again!
I brought some Sherry today, apart from drink it neat, what can i do with it? (serious question!)

Sherry is good for deglazing a roasting pan for sauces. Pears poached in sherry are yummy also. There's a recipe for veal Francais here that uses sherry in the sauce. pretty much use your imagination. Sherry can be used like white wine.
