This is my Christmas menu this year. My daughter loves ham so she chose the menu for Christmas Eve and I chose Christmas Day. I'll make some ham salad with the leftover ham for sandwiches and snacks. Any leftover prime rib will be turned into french dip sandwiches to pop in the freezer for later meals.
Christmas Eve Dinner
Glazed smoked ham
Scalloped potatoes
Steamed cauliflower
Apple Pie
Southern Sweet Tea
Christmas Day Dinner
Prime Rib Roast
Au Jus (the packaged type is very good)
Horseradish sauce (from a jar)
Steakhouse Mashed
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Sparkling cider
Tiramisu
