Banana Berry Smoothie

Introduction
I keep a supply of frozen sliced bananas, strawberries and blueberries in the freezer to make this delicious treat. My daughter Erica love's these and when she was living with me, we would have them for breakfast at times. A delicious way to eat your fruit!
Ingredients


1 cup sliced, frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberry
1/2 cup cold apple juice
1 regular sized container Yoplait vanilla yogurt
Directions
Step: 1Amounts are approximate, you can't mess it up.
I slice medium ripe bananas into a freezer container, and halved fresh strawberries in another. I also use packaged frozen strawberries and other berries if fresh aren't available.

Combine everything in a blender container.
Start with short pulses of the blender to break up the fruit a little, then proceed to high speed or ice crusher and blend until smooth and creamy.
