Introduction
It's pronounced pizza-e-ola and it's a different, easy and delicious way to cook hamburgers.
As usual ingredients should be the very best you can find.
Ingredients
4 Hamburger patty's, about 4 ounces each
1-1 lb can of diced peeled tomato's
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Ground oregano to taste ( usually about 1/2 tsp, depending on how fresh the oregano is)
.
Directions
Step: 1In a large frying pan, saute  garlic in extra virgin olive oil until golden, then remove and discard.
Step: 2Brown hamburger patties on each side in the same pan. Remove patties from the pan and add tomatoes  and cook for 5 minutes.
Add oregano and stir well.
Step: 3Return hamburgers to pan and cook for about 10 minutes
Season with salt and  pepper to  taste.

Let sit ,covered for 10 minutes before serving.
Menu suggestion
Serve the patties on slices of garlic toast or over rice.
A crisp salad and fresh fruit make this a super meal!
