Introduction
	This is a nice change from pecan pie. I like to serve this pie with vanilla ice cream ,but topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream......yummmmm. You can substitute chopped almonds, cashews or walnuts if you like.
Ingredients
	3 large eggs 2/3 cup granulated_sugar 3/4 cup light corn_syrup 1/4 cup light honey 2 Tbsp heavy cream 11/2 to 2 cups chopped macadamia nuts 2 tablespoons melted butter I teaspoon vanilla_extract 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
Step: 1	Preheat oven to 325 degrees F Beat eggs with sugar , cream and corn syrup Stir in the macadamia nuts. Add butter and vanilla and blend well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 50 minutes or until the crust is golden and the center is somewhat set. Test this by shaking the pie gently. Let cool and chill.
