Introduction
	This salad makes a great lunch or light dinner, served with some nice bread and salami.
Ingredients
	1 Large ripe tomato , sliced 1 ball fresh mozzerella (Buffalo Mozzerella preferably if you can find it) 1 Chiffonade of basil Sea_salt Freshly ground black pepper Extra_virgin_olive_oil
Directions
Step: 1	Set the mozzerella out to come to room temperature for best flavor. Slice mozzerella and tomato and layer on a serving plate, alternating slices of tomato and the cheese. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and sprinkle with salt and a few grinds of the fresh pepper.
