Introduction
	I love seafood and scampi is one of my favorites. This dish is very fast and easy to prepare but still impressive.
Ingredients
	12 Jumbo shrimp or rock lobster tails 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup olive_oil 1/3 cup butter 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 cup white wine 2 tablespoons strained fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons minced parsley
Directions
Step: 1	Heat oil and 1/4 cup of the butter in a skillet, over a moderate flame. Add shrimp and mushrooms and sauté quickly for 30 seconds. Add garlic, wine, lemon juice and mix well. Stir in remaining butter Remove to a heated platter or serving dish Top with minced parsley Serve hot, accompanied by hot cooked pasta
