Introduction

This is a really nice salad dressing, or dip for Buffalo wings. You can adjust the amount of cheese used to suit your taste. Make this dressing a day or 2 ahead of time to allow the flavors to develop.
We encourage our visitors to stop buying expensive industry made dressing when it takes no times to make your own at home.
This is a great example of how you can make a tasty and healthy (no preserving, no colorants) dressing in less then 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1 8 oz container sour_cream
1/4 cup half_and_half
1/2 tsp sea_salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups blue_cheese , crumbled

Directions
Step: 1

In a glass bowl, place about 1/2 cup of the blue cheese and mash it with a fork. Add the half and half and salt and mix well.Stir in the sour cream and a few grinds of black pepper.Add remaining blue cheese crumbles. Store in a covered glass container. Keeps up to a week.
