Introduction
	My daughter loves this dip and would make a meal of it if she could. I add sliced marinated artichoke hearts sometimes for a slightly different taste.
Ingredients
	1 large container sour cream (16 oz) 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix, dry 1 small bag frozen chopped spinach 1 8 oz can water chestnuts , chopped Baguette bread slices, crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Directions
Step: 1	Thaw spinach in a collander and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and regrigerate for several hours before serving.
