Introduction
Guido gave me this recipe. It's a Sicilian dessert. It's not really sweet but the  whipped cream adds the needed sweetness. This is so refreshing on a hot summer day, and will really wake you up!
Ingredients

2 cups espresso
1 cup water
2 tbs. sugar
Sweetened whipped_cream for garnish.

 

Directions
Step: 1Blend all the ingredients, making sure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain the syrup into a flat pan and place in freezer. Scrape a fork across the granita occasionally while freezing to break it up a little. Before serving, stir granita briefly to "fluff" it.
Top with whipped cream..
