Ingredients
	1/2 pound Parmigiano-Reggiano® cheese, shaved thin 1 roasted red bell_pepper , cut lengthwise into strips 2 ounces chopped green_olives 1 cup diced celery hearts 2 tablespoons olive_oil 1 tablespoon Balsamic_vinegar Salt and black_pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1	Combine all the ingredients, toss and serve.
