Introduction
	this is a very easy salad, wonderful in summer. A sparkling white wine (chardonnay) is the best choice.
Ingredients
	15-ounce can cannellini or Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained 6-ounce can white tuna packed in olive oil, drained 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley OR 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white_pepper
Directions
Step: 1	In medium bowl, combine beans, tuna, onion, parsley or basil. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with pepper.
