Introduction

If you've never had High Tea, your really missing out on a special culinary experience.Warm scones with clotted cream and jam among other goodies are the star of the experience. This clotted cream is easy to make and tastes fantastic! I like to serve this cream on a dish of fresh fruit such as peaches or strawberries, but especially with fresh lucious raspberries.

Ingredients

1     Cup heavy cream at room temperature
1/3  Cup sour cream at room temperature
1    Tbsp confectioner's sugar

Directions
Step: 1One hour before serving, pour the heavy cream into a bowl and whip until soft peaks form.Whisk in the sour cream and sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is very thick.
Place in refrigerator and chill until it is time to serve.
