6 Fresh Mint Leaves (save 2 for garnish)
Top off glass with Ginger Beer
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Gently bruise mint leaves, saving 2 for garnish .In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, add mint leaves, Chivas,lemon juice, simple syrup, apple juice.Stir and top off with ginger beer.Top with saved mint leaves.
