Blueberries in Italy are not easy to find. | | Ingredients | | 1 1/4 cups all_purpose_flour + 1 heaping tablespoon 1/3 cup granulated_sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup applesauce 2 teaspoons baking_powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 4 Tbsp butter , melted ¼ cup milk 1 tsp vanilla_extract 1 cup fresh blueberries | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Preheat oven to 350
Sift the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into a bowl.
In another bowl whisk the eggs until blended. Add the melted butter, vanilla, milk, applesauce and honey. | | Step: 2 | Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture. Stir just until the flour is moistened. Gently fold in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into prepared muffin pans, either greased or lined with paper cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.. Let cool in pans 5 minutes before removing.. |

They arent very good tho....
