Introduction
My good friend Amelia asked me for a recipe for dairy free ranch dressing.I checked the bottle of ranch dressing in my pantry (hey it's been there forever)and after my shock at the amount of artificial stuff...noted the actual seasonings used. This works for non dairy as well as dairy ingredients.
Ingredients

1     cup Mayo or Veganaise
1/2  cup Tofutti sour cream subsitute
1/2  cup plain soy milk
1    Tbsp lemon juice
1    tsp olive_oil
1    tsp dried_parsley_flakes
1/2 tsp sea_salt
1/4 tsp ground black_pepper
1/4 tsp garlic_powder
1/4 tsp onion_powder
1/4 tsp dried_thyme
1/8 tsp ground_oregano

Directions
Step: 1

In a glass bowl, whisk together the Tofutti sour cream, soy milk and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and seasonings. Whisk until smooth. Place in a covered container or jar and refrigerate for several hours before using.
