Introduction
This is one of my own creations. I developed this after tasting a similiar dish at a restaurant. The marinade works well with chicken and pork also. I like to serve this with a little of my Cilantro Pesto on top.
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium thick Ahi fillets.(prefered, but salmon works well too)
6 to 7 limes , juiced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coarse grind black_pepper
1 tsp granulated_sugar
2 tsp chili_powder
1/2 cup minced cilantro ( plus some for garnish)
2 cloves_garlic, minced
2 tsp balsamic_vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup olive_oil
Sea_salt

Directions
Step: 1

Rinse fish fillets under cold water.
Combine all ingredients except fish and salt in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon. Place fillets in a glass  baking dish and pour marinade
over. Let sit 1 hour in the refigerator.Remove fillets from marinade .
Sprinkle salt on both sides of each fillet.
Grill over medium hot coals,on a well oiled grill, approx 5 minutes per
side.
