Introduction

I threw this bread together one night when I had a last minute jambalaya party. Everyone loved it.

Ingredients

1 small wheel baby brie (about 13 oz)
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp minced parsley
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 load french or Italian bread, split lengthwise

Directions
Step: 1

Peel rind from brie and break up into a microwave safe bowl. Add butter and microwave for about 45 seconds, just long enough to soften the cheese. Mix brie  and butter mixture well. Add cheddar cheese, cajun seasoning, minced onion and parsley and mix lightly. Spread over each half of the bread. Place bread on a cookie sheet and broil until cheese is bubbly.
