Introduction
This drink is a great way to end the day. Add it to a steaming cup of coffee, or pour it over ice.
Ingredients

1/2 cup very strong espresso
11 oz sugar
1 bottle everclear
1 bottle water (use everclear bottle as measure.)
1 vanilla bean,split

Directions
Step: 1

Combine espresso, vanilla bean and everclear in a large glass jug and let sit for 7-10 days. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil to make a syrup. Let syrup cool. Filter espresso mixture through mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter.Combine syrup and alcholol mixture and and let sit 10 days.Enjoy!

Note: Everclear is impossible to find in Calif. Some friends of mine brought me some back from Texas for Christmas. Vodka could be used but the water would need to be greatly reduced. In my opinion the Vodka flavor ruins the mixture.

Note: This mixture is very strong at these amounts. To make it a bit lighter, adjust the amount of water, espresso and sugar until it suits your taste.
