Introduction
This cake is super easy because it starts with a cake mix. Serve this for dessert at your next barbecue and get rave reviews!
Ingredients

1 (18.5-ounce) white cake mix with pudding
¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons Tequila Rose
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup oil
¾ cup puréed strawberries
¼ cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar


Optional, Whole strawberries and mint leaves for garnish

 

Directions
Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Mix together cake mix, 3/4 cup Tequila Rose, eggs and oil. Fold in puréed strawberries. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

While the cake cools, melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave. Sift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Add melted butter and remaining 2 tablespoons Tequila Rose, and beat until smooth and creamy. Drizzle icing over cake.

Garnish with remaining fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
