Introduction
	This pie is so good, sort of like a big macaroon. It's so fast to make and a great recipe for kids to make with Dad or Mom.
Ingredients
	4 eggs 1/4 cup butter 1 cup granulated_sugar 1/2 cup all_purpose_flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking_powder 2 cups milk 1 cup shredded coconut 1 tsp. vanilla_extract
Directions
Step: 1	Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend well, about 30 seconds. Pour into a 10 inch deep buttered pie plate. Bake at 350 F for about 60 minutes When it is done, the crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the middle and the coconut on the top, right where they belong.
