Introduction
	This is an easy way to make a cocktail sauce that is perfect over shrimps, crabs, or lobster
Ingredients
	1 cup mayonnaise (see recipe) 1 or two tablespoon ketchup (according to taste) 2 tablespoon cognac 1 teaspoon wochestershire sauce Few drops of tabasco (optional)
Directions
Step: 1	Whisk all ingredients untill smooth. Chill a couple of hours before serving.

I like it a bit more spicy, so i usually add 1/2 teaspoon tabasco and few drops wochester sauce.
