Introduction
	A tangy dip that goes well with an assortment of vegetables.
Ingredients
	3/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water chestnuts , chopped 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 2 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces (reserve half for garnish)
Directions
Step: 1	Place sour cream, mayonnaise and salt in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until finely chopped. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. When serving, garnish with remaining chopped scallions.
