	Another fresh, tasty, and unusual grilled dish.
Ingredients
	4 salmon fillets 4 tablespoons tequila 2 tablespoons Cointreau (triple sec) 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon grated lime peel Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1	Marinate the salmon for 30 / 40 mins minutes in the margarita mixture Grill on the barbecue for 5- 7 minutes according to the size of fillets Garnish with lime or lemon wedges.
