Introduction
This is one of my favourite ways too cook veal scaloppine, It's easy and tasty and it's good even at room temperature.
Ingredients
1 pound Veal scaloppini ( thin sliced veal medallions)
3 oz butter
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley leafs
Juice of two lemons
All_purpose_flour
Sea_salt
Directions
Step: 1Pound the veal slices with a mallet but do not make them too thin.Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and coat with the flour. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brown both sides of cutlets, about 2 to 3 minutes. Salt to taste. Measure the lemon juice and add an equal amount of water. Add to the pan and stir well, continue cooking until the sauce has reduced a little. Arrange cutlets on a warm plate, sprinkle with the parsley and spoon the sauce over all.
